Brother just check there telegram group , just people complain about this trash company , tell now , over 1 year and my problem not solved , they request me to provide "Please provide the info backing the source of the rest of the funds." and that's require me to create contract's with my clients , and my clients does not have to provide me with there private information , so the KYC is complete but they won't unlock it
I imagine your feelings. I guess the best idea is to repeat sending your complaints.
The official authorities should react sometime.
I am trying, and soon I will contact lawyers and sue this company. I am waiting for my case.

They ignore me for 5-6 days at a time, and after several emails, their last reply was "We will check those files and get back to you with an update." Then, they went back to ignoring me:

What really hurts is that I am living on false hope. I worked so hard to collect this money, and now it's gone. I can't even eat or think straight.
But what I do know is that this is my right, my money—my hard work and suffering. And I will fight for it until my last breath.
