Too many weak excuses (sore after my start, trip, sick, guests here), I know, Complete BS.  But today I got back into the swing of things.  Got a long way to go to get my average back up to something "respectable".

OTOH, The Pushup Challenge gives me something else to do rather than sell slow-moving BTC...

It's a causal risk because after all, when we feel pain in some parts of the body after starting the challenge, it's obviously a natural thing because it means that our body is responding to the push ups we do, but that doesn't mean it's an exaggerated reason to stop because after all, in this case, it's a classic reason if we stop in the condition just because we feel pain after push ups.

We who are here even almost feel the same thing and it is a normal thing and nowadays there are a lot of people who follow the challenge on the floor and the bench indicates that pain or discomfort when doing the chalenge is not a strong reason to stop because instead we have to go through it as a process so that we feel accustomed to the challenge being done.

Pain is quite a deceitful stage of getting accustomed to a Push up exercise. With the influx of newbies recently into the challenge, the number of people on the bench has been on the increase reason being that probably, most of them get sore and vanish from the exercise when they can't patiently push to overcome the pain of the initial stage. First few weeks of pushups exercise is the testing period to me. Conquer it and you see your self facing it daily with less pain.

I added 6 sets of 40, 30 and 20 in the morning and a 20, 20 and 10 Push up sets the evening.
