Pain is quite a deceitful stage of getting accustomed to a Push up exercise. With the influx of newbies recently into the challenge, the number of people on the bench has been on the increase reason being that probably, most of them get sore and vanish from the exercise when they can't patiently push to overcome the pain of the initial stage. First few weeks of pushups exercise is the testing period to me. Conquer it and you see your self facing it daily with less pain.

I added 6 sets of 40, 30 and 20 in the morning and a 20, 20 and 10 Push up sets the evening.

Actually in this case I would not say that it is also a trick because in the end it comes back that it is a natural reaction and as a form of acceptance of the body when we start exercise or follow this challenge because our muscles and bodies are not used to doing it but over time it will actually improve over time.

For those who come and go quickly, I also don't really care about that because in the end, joining the Challenge is also a matter of choice and they are free to do it or not because it's their choice, it's just that it will seem like a coward if we leave quickly after deciding to join the Challenge and only stay for a few days Cheesy

Great set totals mate, I also did 6 sets this time but with the same push ups which I'm currently able to do 150/day which is 6 sets x 25 although it might be a bit of an imposition but it's in line with what I want to do which is I'm determined that when the 90 day challenge is done I will increase the total push ups I do.
This is the first time I push up 150 for one day Cheesy
