Have you been using a VPN (free one) to access the casino for any reason? Asking because over the years, alot of gamblers have complained about casinos accusing them of managing multiple accounts where as they only have one account, in the end in the most of this cases, it turned out that the gambler had used, or been using free VPN to access the casino, free VPN are known to come with shared ip address, what this means is that if you access the casino with the ip address assigned to you by a VPN service, and the same VPN service assigns same ip to another gambler who also uses it to access his account on the same casino, the casino's algorithm will automatically assume you both are the same person and will flag both account.

If this turns out to be the case, then you have to look for ways to verify that you do not operate multiple accounts, this is if the casino actually did not ban the use of VPN, for if they do or did, you may actually be on the verge of losing your account and the funds in it.

Anyways, trying reaching out to the casinos rep here on this forum, trust he will help sort out the issue in the most amicable way.

No, I do not access it with a VPN. My country is accepted by Rollbit, I don't need a VPN. I also saw some posts here in the forum that had the same problem as me.

OK then, there is absolutely no need to panic then, simply contact the Rollbit rep on this forum through a private massage and explain your problem to him, or better still, create a separate thread away from this which you've posted here, this will get better attention, you can do this on this board, no need creating it in the scam and accusation board since I assume this is not a formal accusation against the casino for scamming.

In all though, be rest assured your issue will be resolved, and you will get your money, since your country is accepted by the casino, and you have already passed up to level 3 kyc verification, maybe your issue is as a result of a simple system error, be patient and wait for the rep here to attend to you.
