As of today, Betfury claims to operate under the 365/JAZ license, while this license already expired 6 months ago!

Maybe they have forgotten to remove that part from the terms. Otherwise, they are waiting for the 'Curacao Gaming Control Board' to accept their gaming license application. Currently their gaming license request is under progress, and they are allowed to operate legally with the license request now. You may verify it by clicking on the license validator logo.

The "Certificate of Operation" is not a license and this confirms that Betfury false and misleading claims to have a license!

The "Certificate of Operation" is worth nothing for players, because the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB) is a partner in crime!

I inform (with proof) the GCB since December 2023 about Stake's provably rigged in-house Black Jack and nevertheless they gave to stake.com a "Certificate of Operation" in November 2024!
