Have you contacted with them via live chat? if yes what is the status of the live chat? Have you multiple accounts? Have you broken any terms of the gambling site (rollbit). I think if you have broken any rules then you should leave it and if not then you should wait.

Yes, i had contact with them via live chat and receive a same answer - "Please let us know once you are willing to list your other accounts"

I offered to sort this out together and provide information about my "other accounts", but they don’t answer me.

Do the players deserve such treatment? I chose them because I read on the forum that they have been on the market for a long time and have contracts with famous clubs.
