With the way casinos have been programmed to be, they just picture it to be a scam since the system is designed to be winning against its players. They are out there for business and making profit, just as gamblers side purpose is also to make profit, which we can't always win against the casino. No matter the kind of strategy we use, we tend to lose sometimes. The only thing that I know is guaranteed is that we can determine how much we spend by reducing the way we gamble.

I agreed with you. When their expectations were high and when they didn't win anything from the games. And they don't know that casino games are programmed and then the clock tick your favour before you can win and that can also be your lucky day. And you don't expect to win every day as well.
Calling casino or gambling as a scam indicate that the person is not an experience gambler because experience gamblers understand what is happening in the casino and they are always there to try their luck.

The bottom line is that they do not understand the rudiments of gambling and also do not understand the meaning of terms and conditions attached to gambling, otherwise, no one would complain about gambling, let alone call it a scam when no one collected money from your by fraud or under false pretence. As a gambler with experience, I know what I am signing for and that's why I gamble less with casino games due to my understanding of how it works rather than calling it a scam. Everyone should understand this before crying foul.
