Hello,

My account is fine now. I was able to withdraw.

Apologies for making a scam accusation. I just want to reach someone because I got frustrated with the support as it keeps asking the same questions over and over.

Good news this got resolved, glad it went that way. What's alarming though is that we have yet another case where they mistreated a customer, accusing him to have multiple accounts, and suddenly he doesn't? I mean come on? How often is this supposed to happen? Those are not isolated incidents anymore. This is some rude behavior first of all and then they are even wrong wrong about it, that's crazy.
Obviously their "detection system" is more than flawed and need to be checked. Also the way they approach things, not listening and always repeating "list your other accounts" is straight up garbage.

Yes, the automated system needs to be revamped otherwise these false alarms may not be good for the gamblers on Rollbit. OP was here on bitcointalk and he come to knew that it was a common issue that got resolved and he may continue to gamble there but other persons experiencing such issues and getting resolved after few days may bring bad image in the mind of gamblers and they may avoid using the site, especially who are high wagerers.

Anyways good that the OP issues is resolved. Its time to lock this thread  Smiley
