They lost the ODI series to Sri Lanka by 2-0, and that is enough for us to think that this time, Australia would not go into the ICC tournament as a favorite. Also, England isn't in good form, and this increases India's chances to a great extent.

I think Ireland has more chances in this last match, too. Yes, everyone is looking at a 1-1 series level now but what nobody is looking at is that it was Brian Bennett's 169 runs due to which Zimbabwe won the first match and such innings we don't see often. So overall Ireland are a better team.
