Has anyone ever converted RP to physical rewards tho? I don't remember seeing one person doing it. Even in the good ol days when everything was running smoothly.
Now i wouldn't dare do anything except withdraw BTC from the site, since that seems to be still working
There was at least one user who exchanged their points for a hardware wallet, which they never received. It took a while but eventually their points were refunded back to their account.
With the way things have turned out, it is not worth the risk to exchange RP into a physical item or a gift card. The phones and wallets you can exchange for are already outdated and overpriced anyways. Your item will never be delivered and there is no guarantee that they will return your points.
And I also have another issue which I doubt will ever get solved. But I ordered a hardware wallet with my hard-earned reward points. I never got that wallet and I never got refunded my reward points but that's an issue for some other time I guess. Or that ship is already sailed which sucks.
