I dont' see a possible trust abuse here, take a look on the basis.
Let's just assume that BC Game actually wanted to tick the neutral tag but mistakenly tapped on the positive tag. Anyway, as it's, it's abuse of trust if the account in question is theirs. It's like the proverbial lizard praising itself after a fall from high-rising buildings.

Maybe BC game believes that BcPoker is unlikely to scam anyone.
Still, that doesn't make it right to positive trust that account.

For me, trust abuse happens when trust, especially negative trust is used to silence a user, because it has a bigger impact than positive trust does.
It's the same way positive trust too makes a great impact because it makes others think such an account should be trusted. Both impacts are consequential, though on different directions. Abuse of both should be vehemently condemned.

I've seen lots of positive feedback that isn't even about trade, and no one complains about it, so it's usually the negative feedback that's used for trust abuse.
If the positive feedback isn't trade related (money is involved), campaigns paying up (money is also involved), campaigns running scam adverts (money is involved too), a user holding funds/escrow (money is also involved) or any other stuff relating to money trust, using positive tag will be an abuse from what I've come to understand.
