Maybe the op doesn't understand that Bitcoin is not shitty in nature or may he isn't aware that Bitcoin is a good futuristic asset as such no one should be considering to sell a futuristic investment as quick as he thinks, it is even laughable for anyone to ask when is the best time to sell and investment as the op asked, i think such question is very funny, do people really sell such investment outrighlty or just selling some fraction after 2 or 3 cycles thats if one has been hodling for those intervals and again if one has also acumulated enough may find it necessary to sell a few bucks to reinvest in other good investment aside this aforementioned reasons, I don't think is even nice for anyone to think of selling at any point, bitcoin is an investment that requires patience to be involved with, so anyone thinking of investing in Bitcoin should be prepared for a long-term thing so he can concentrate on acumulation and holding.

The volatility index of Bitcoin over the years years have proven to be the strongest in the crypto market as a result of it's higher liquidity, utility and adoption when compared to other coins so I perfectly understand your assertion that Bitcoin is mostly seen as futuristic asset that shouldn't be traded customarily like altcoins instead should be used as means of asset accumulation.
That said, I think it's also necessary you educate the OP about day-traders in Bitcoin who has no business in hodling or accumulation rather they only buy and sell Bitcoin on daily basis using their deep knowledge about the Bitcoin market chart to make staggering profits.
Op, if you actually want to be a day-trader that can buy and sell Bitcoin as often as you want, it's best advised that you firstly study the Bitcoin market intensively as to have a very deep knowledge of it so you don't lose money while trading.
