Have you made any questions there? I have just asked them to get reply later on they asked the mail from me, maybe they have the traditional customer support service or may be there were in under developing.
I don’t think it’s under maintenance. It’s just that no agents are available right now. You can leave your question if you want and they will reply as soon as they get back online. They’re asking for your email so they can send you a copy of the conversation (including their reply) in case you close the chat tab, just like the auto-reply message says.
They already have an OR. What they really need is to hire more support agents to work 24/7.
