Online jobs would be a great solution for it, but the problem is, not everyone have or has the skill or qualifications to get accepted.
I think the problem is that some doesn't really want a job, some of them just want to get supported.
We could see some who are eagerly working just to put food on their table to survive, while others are just at their house doing nothing but to blame the government.
online job could be the best solution but how many peoples are capable to work in online? it's require to proper skills and guidelines, so it's not for everyone,
and i know some skilled people's are also can not success in online job, it's also difficult to earn money but possible by your hard work.
Most of the skills could be learned, depending on what you mean by skills of course. What do you want to do online? Be a coder? You can do that, free lectures are everywhere, you can learn to be a good one. You want to be a designer? You can learn that too, there are courses everywhere, for free too. You want to be an admin, a business consultant, a voice actor, a script writer, a gamer, whatever you want to do in the online world, you have free resources available to you if you want to spend time.

You know why most people don't do those jobs? Because most people need a job now, they need money NOW, and they are not willing to spend years training on something that will get them a job few years down the line. Only if they could spend years while also working in some job, they could realize it's a much better method and they could get super comfortable with an online job. The idea of training for years for free is the part that prevents most people from doing this.
