Once your transaction has received 1 confirmation, return to the payment page, and select Copper Member on the form that appears.

Are you sure the transaction received 1 confirmation? Try clearing the cache in your browser and then reload the page.
Yep, I have 6 or 7 confirmations now.
Just cleared all cache, cookies, browsing history, everything just for good measure and I'm still getting the same result
.Try unlogging and then logging back in to the forum.
I tried that when I cleared all browser data, then once again. I just tried in a different browser and it's still like that
