Interestingly, OP did bet on two casinos rather simultaneously because [his words, summarized] he don't want to risk a casino to confiscate all of his fund. And on that other casino, his account also got restricted for a suspicion of using prohibited technique.

Made me wonder if I still need to take an effort to reach other casino's rep to get a better understanding of his problem, as... we probably already have the answer here.
