Normally when i read the point... 3 number point also made me think because I had never seen such a permanent locking in any casino before. Otherwise 1 or 2 number points are okay, but when I read point number 3, curiosity worked inside me. A user with point number 3 would never permanently lock funds. And there is no point in permanently locking funds.
I think the feature to lock withdrawal with date parameters is much better rather than offering a permanently lock withdrawal because this is a troubling feature if someone use this feature by accident and lock his fund permanently.

Like with date to withdraw the money you have locked. Really if someone is locking his funds for future as a practice of a responsible gambler, he might like to set some funds aside and lock them and use them in the future when the unlocked ones has been exhausted but in the process mistakenly click the permanent lock, lolz guy, there will a serious commotion in the site and forum here.
However, the issue of temporary locking is right, it can be done if someone wants, but if the unlocking is easy later, then many people will lock their funds for a temporary period. If it can be unlocked after temporarily locking and can be withdrawn and used, then it will work as a bank for the customers as well as a casino site. But what will happen if it is permanently locked by mistake? That is why I think it would be better not to keep such a permanent locking issue.
However, I think one thing is that if the issue of permanent locking is based on years, then it can be done. For example: 1(Year), 2(Year)...... If it is a matter of permanently locking a year-based or day-based account, then I think it is normal. (Although it will work like a fixed bank, I said this since it mentioned the matter of permanent locking.)
