There are some customers that solve their issues for 4 weeks plus. And this cases happened in most time in the banking system (financial institutions) and in school it is in the financial department of the school. But the resolution is what we pray for at the end of the whole stress.
I don't think comparing casino CS to banks is quite fair. The number of customers and traffic they need to handle must be different. I'd be surprised if Chips or other casinos have the same traffic, though that would be good to hear for anyone who likes the casino.
I also second the opinion that it's fair to complain about the CS quality of any service, as long as within your right to do so. It's the service's interest to make sure they can serve everyone and give them the best experience for longevity to begin with. Hopefully, feedback like this will make the service better.
