It is not really an easy thing, having a busy weeks or days and you still make out chance to do your daily push-ups, sometimes your shelchdu will not permit you to do your push-ups challenge but one one thing that i want to advise is that, if you actually have a busy weeks or days, the best way to be consistent with your push-ups no matter how is busy you we look is that, make sure you do your daily push-ups once you are ready to bath so that immediately you are done with your daily push-ups you can bath and do rest of the work you have that particular weeks or days.
