My fellow forum memebers, I don't know if any of you is like me who doesn't know how to remain calm when am betting. I always find myself being too agitated by the bet, it mostly happen when am watching a game that I have bet on, although even when  am not watching the match but if am just aware that the match is on, I feel agitated. Before of this my attitude, I slightly stay long while playing casino games because the longer I stay, the more disturbed I feel.

The feeling of anxiety  is actually not only you feel, maybe even most of us here have also felt it especially if the bet we made is with a large nominal, but indeed managing anxiety is also very important because if you continue to let anxiety hit of course it will only risk your health and mental later, when I am anxious, I will try to remember if I have done analysis and research before making the bet and often it makes me calmer and confidence, but if it doesn't work and I still feel anxious when I see the match I bet on, then I will go out and try to forget about the match, by doing other activities so that way I will feel more relaxed and not think too much about my bet.
It is quite natural for one to feel nervous or worried every time there is something that seems uncertain to us, especially when such a situation holds a lot of hope. When one gets like that, he or she finds a way to fight it hardly because it becomes necessity to avoid interference with comfort. It can be possible to support the notion that maintaining calm can be achieved by ensuring that everything has been put in place well before arriving at a certain decision. When the feeling of worry is still present, the attention must pull off from it because the mind cannot stay bored with just a single preoccupation. However, it is very possible that we need to distance ourselves from something and not let the setting through which the pressure intensifies contribute to the process. Such small practises as this can go a long way in altering the processes that are applied.
