Facing old age and death is a natural part of life which comes to every human being. During this time we undergo physical mental and spiritual changes. It is very important to adapt to these changes and live a meaningful life. Do not fear this time enjoy every moment of life and live a meaningful life.

There is no how we can escape those two things in life, whether you like it or not they will surely happen when it is time for them to happen. If you take your health serious and eat healthy food through out your youth age, I guess you will experience good health in your old age which is what many people want for their future picture to look like when old age occur.
