Definitely! Once it gets listed on Binance, people will automatically start trading it. With all the hype around meme coins, the biggest winner here is Binance as they keep making money from trading fees. More volume means more fees, so they don’t really care if a lot of traders end up losing on meme coins.

I don't really think it's truly a win, aside from the fact that they got massive increase in volume but people also asking their credibility in various platform, even more so when they listed coin that suddenly dumps so deep.
but then again we're talking about a profit seeking exchange, listing meme coin with massive volume reaching billions in just less than 24h could easily increase their metric, so it's understandable that they might dismiss the reputation damage for such increase.
but since currently meme coin hype subsided anyway, I've seen less and less meme coin getting listed.

i don't think they care about that, what they care about is how they can run their business and get fees from all transactions made by their users... whether the memecoin is risky or not is none of their business, because for them the most important thing is how they can provide cryptos that are currently being traded by users faster-- and when they see that the trading value of the crypto is low, they will delist it and advise users to withdraw their crypto.

they have also warned users that investing in crypto is risky and it is the full responsibility of the user. so when users experience losses, it is their risk and the exchange cannot be blamed for that.

imho, binance is under heavy pressure from various government and faces scrutiny, if they just listed some random meme they definitely gonna get into problem, there's reason why binance listing always delayed, one of them is to verify how good a meme was and whether there is chance for rug. so they do care about it.
