Persistence is important to someone in the world of business. It's possible to fail many times on your way to success, but being able to pick yourself up and adapt is what made all the richest people today. However money is not necessarily the most important thing in life if you are happy in a career. Just showing up for work every day and not calling in sick when you feel a little bit odd can be important, differentiating you from others and giving you the ability to grab opportunities when they arise. There are a lot of people out there who are inconsistent in their approach and this can put people off working with them.

It is not easy to do something in a short way because it may take a long process to achieve success.
Persistence will lead someone to learn from previous mistakes so that they will try to improve every time they fail.
Without consistency, it is impossible for people to succeed in business or investment, therefore knowledge is needed in understanding the journey of the business they are involved in.
