A decentralized project and a decentralized blockchain network can not be shutdown, halt or manipulated by a single developer and person. Only Bitcoin is a project that has true decentralization in cryptocurrency industry.

Other projects (altcoins) are centralized, and it's not strange if you see an altcoin blockchain is halted by the founder. It happened with Binance Smart Chain, Harmony chain, Solana chain, and with a biggest altcoin Ethereum, the founder and core team members were able to rollback ETH blockchain after the DAO hack.

Satoshi probably wouldn't much care. These scamcoins are dust in the wind, Satoshi would understand that I believe.

Bitcoin will be with us until our species is either extinct or somehow transcends the needs for currency use entirely.

Unlike many of us here, Satoshi wasn't Bitcoin fanatic. Since they have never touched a single coin yet, it is obvious that they didn't care about lambos, boats, or hoes. Not even to buy a model trains or two!

Bitcoin was a passion project for Satoshi. However, they felt it was good enough when they chose to step away and let the protocol ''evolve'' organically. They never cared about fame or influence, even in their own project.
