I wouldn't rate the Napoli side too high in this encounter against Como because like you said they are suppose to win but they lost their gear and the next thing they know the Como side are celebrating the big win. Napoli need to continue winning games just to stay close to Inter Milan if not any dropped point it will be a big blow to them as Inter will be leading the table with 4pt clear and it will be hard to see Inter lose or draw, they will put on their best to win their remaining games at hand but on second thought, this can be the last time we could be seeing Napoli sit at the number 1 position in the log because I don't think Inter will back down in their remaining fixture.
Napoli have struggled to win recently, even when they play against weak teams, this is a clear sign that there is a problem in the team and Conte has not been able to fix it. Honestly, their defeat today was embarrassing, I can't believe they scored an own goal. In the end, Inter took over the top spot temporarily, fortunately, the gap between the two rivals is still very small so changes are still possible and interestingly they will meet next week.
