Gambling stress could be a serious problem to the gamblers and it also causes some othe things asides addiction, even in cause of been entertained some other risk factors could be triggered especially when in an unhealthy gambling habit, some health issues could arise resulting from too much of excitement or even disappointment so moderation and responsibility are feasible ways of gambling that will help the gambler get saved from everything form of stress they would suffer because mostly irresponsible gambling is the only reason people get stressed gambling.

I agree with you, in fact, irresponsible gambling has a very negative impact on a gambler's future. This impact is greatest when gambling is done on impulse after losing money and hoping to get back the money lost. This can go to such a point that a gambler may even decide to commit suicide. He initially suffers small losses, and as he gambles to recover those small losses, the amount of losses increases, and at one point, the gambler loses everything to cover these losses. Therefore, the gambler must always be aware, and gamble only for Entertainment purposes, only then can it be possible to avoid addiction.
