Usually the reason why there is no timeline, because they don't want user hope into those time estimation. Since most case is different, and not the same plus also depends on the trafics too.

Quite simple because is gambling, and casino not created any system to lock the balance during withdraw or provided the user with cancel button for withdraw. We have so much story people are finally on losing, due they gambling the money again since they are waiting for case to be solved.
