I agree with you that every gambler should try to have self discipline and also try to have a self check and also try to have a pause when it’s necessary so they can always get to check their gambling habit.

More precisely, almost all gamblers are not too aware when they lose control of their gambling because of several things such as being too focused on the game they are playing or those who start to lose their way because the emotions that come when they lose cannot be avoided which makes the game that should use a cool and relaxed head instead end up with emotions that in the end they cannot control their activities in the game.

This is a common thing that happens even though it is bad but almost everyone has felt this way, obviously this is actually a mistake but in some moments when we are always unable to control ourselves then the worst possibility like this will definitely happen.
