The list is short indeed but onne thing I didn’t quite like is saying "We reserve the right to refuse customers from any other countries over and above the aforementioned jurisdictions at our own discretion"!

True that information like this usually located under the terms and conditions page, but since betkin provide separate page for Accounts information so I think it is fine.
Players should do more efforts if they want to find something which they think the information is so important for them, not hard to do actually as we only need to check page by page and use control F with a clue for the things we are looking for.
Lastly I have to agree with you about the last sentence on the terms as I quoted previously, but since they have written it then users cant do anything, I cant complain as long as players are warned in advance for this special case.
The problem may arise when players are fine to play in the beginning then the casino decided to refuse them using this terms.
