You are right, its location-based and situation-dependent. I can be happy with winning $100 because a regular worker here in my location will not earn that amount in a day, not even a bank manager, but for those addicted to gambling regardless of their location and situation, they will always aim for a bigger pot; they will never be satisfied with 3-digit winnings; they want something to brag about to their peers that satisfies their ego.
I agree with that, But I wasn't talking about addicted people. I know they won't be satisfied with a three-digit win; they will always look for big wins. I was talking about wealthy people or high rollers who usually look for big wins as their bankroll is big, and they place big bets as well. If someone makes a few thousand dollars per month, I am sure they won't be too excited after winning $400. This should apply everywhere in the world. But if I make $400 a month, regardless of where I am from, I will be too excited with such a win.
Yes, the victory obtained will feel satisfying if the victory is close to or exceeds our income in one month, so do I and I will feel fasting with the victory.
Different from rich people's bets because most of them bet with a large amount of money or capital and if they get a 3-digit victory I think they will not feel satisfied because that much money can be obtained easily without having to gamble, and the desired victory must be the same or exceed the capital owned because for rich people money can be obtained easily and gambling is just for fun without caring about how much money is spent but when they are lucky the amount is very large.
