He would learn so much from Carlo Ancelotti's experience and tactics.

You do not have to compare Benzema situation to Arda, Benzema played regular even when Ronaldo was in the club. They also played both of them in Champions league games. But Arda has not been given a chance to prove himself, not even in league cup matches. He has to be given time in the league cup game, or he should be loan out, Arda is too good to be seated on the bench every week.

If you say he should wait for his time to come, he will wait till his 30s, because all the players in Real Madrid are young guys. and no one is ready to leave any time soon to give space for Arda. Coach Carlos should try to rotate the team often to fixture Arda, i like watching the guy, he has pace and accuracy.
