You really can’t compare USA and Canada to Africa and EU because there’s 28 countries in EU and 54 countries in Africa. Not all of the countries in one region or continent are of the same economical level. Not all countries in Africa are what you think. Some of them are already developed and could be held at the same regard as other rich nations.

I agree though this is why there’s what we call “first world problems” because there are issues that would seem crazy to third world countries but something so common i first world countries like for example slow internet. Poor countries don’t even have internet at all.
