Read terms and conditions to join and be eligible in bonus programs and any other campaigns, as the company spend their budget for those programs to get something back. They write terms and conditions clearly and transparently, so if you don't want to read it, just don't join their programs.

If you join their programs, it means you accept their program terms and conditions, so don't complain later about what already was written clearly and transparently. Even you don't read it, it's assumed that by joining, you agree and feel good with their terms and conditions.
