Major letdown for a site that seemingly had promise. Never going to bother with CoinRnr again.

We use a combination of a lot of data sources and checks to verify that orders are legitimate. As there is a significant fraud risk when it comes to making purchases by credit card, our system is very strict and may sometimes deny some legitimate users.

For that reason, we offer an appeal option for account suspensions. You can verify using Netverify with your webcam (it will have you take a picture of your ID and then of your face) and we will re-approve your account for purchase. If you need help with this process, you can always reach out to support@coinrnr.com. We are working on developing a new customer onboarding process that should address a lot of these issues.
