The sad reality about life, and these things are permanent to a person's life. We cannot runaway from these and it's a sad thing that someone who's about to face death will leave debt and even onto the last breathe, they have it attached on themselves.

But how did you used that profit from selling ETH? if it's been used properly and you're able to solve your actual problem at time, it's fine.
