When gambling stresses you out it's a sign that you are doing it wrong and perhaps it would be better to take a break for a while in order for you to get your mind right.
This is very true.
Gambling is meant to be enjoyed, in fact, it’s meant to be an activity that’s supposed to help alleviate stress and not an activity that’ll end up stressing you. So if one is feeling stressed by gambling then it’s quite obvious that they’re not doing it with the right approach. In this case, it’s best to take a quick break and reassess your gambling habits and possibly strategies. By so, you’ll be able to dictate and identify where you’re getting it wrong.
Gambling is means enjoyment to everyone that's not correct, because in the gamble, different people’s had different perspective because some people’s treating it as earning money, and other people’s considering as entertainment. And i also would like to take it as fun, because i was never expected big thing from gambling, because gambling is kinda addiction.
Excessive gambling can lead to gambling addiction. But not everyone can be addicted to gambling. I would not call gambling an addiction, but it can certainly be an addiction for those who are greedy to get something from it and gamble accordingly. Every gambler is responsible for greed, for which we will not declare gambling an addiction. Those who gamble beyond their control will have chance of becoming addicted to gambling. Those who accept gambling as fun and can gamble without stress are not likely to become addicted to gambling. In gambling, I usually gamble with the amount of money that I will not regret if I lose that is why I will be able to gamble stress-free.
