OP, I don't want to be rude here, and I'll say that I can understand that waiting with uncertainty can make people very antsy, but I want you to rest assured that I ask BC follow ups daily for cases against them, yours included. So you can rest assured that if there were no news, it's because they're still looking into your case amongst other case they have to handle, and I will still chasing them on our daily sit, perhaps it's slower than you expect it to be, but I think it's still faster than others should expect theirs to be, as I'm chasing them every day.
Tomorrow is a weekend, and as usual, I want to leave them undisturbed during those days. I'll give my best --I give you my words-- to get an answer about your situation today, since if it's not addressed today, then I'll only chase the again when Monday come, and I think you'll be very very stressful.
So, please wait, while I try to catch their attention and have a sit with them to discuss and perhaps get your case resolved [or partially resolved] before weekend come. Ok?
The progress is slow, but you at least got a response because holydarkness is here and he is helping you. I read one of your comments that if holydarkness wouldn't be there, their response and action would be none. I kind of agree with that. This made me curious why they do not appoint more VIP hosts and more support people to handle these things.
They do make millions of dollars each day, but they are not focusing on improving their support. Probably because there is no requirement in their license that they should provide customer service. There should be some kind of requirements. People are still playing on this platform knowing they have very bad customer support.
I believe you're awake that they do have support account here,
BC.Game Support, and I tend to think that they've been very much more active in attending cases lately.
Granted, they only pop in every now and then to give an official reply and not addressing all the threads on SA board, but that's because mostly the points that should be conveyed are already posted by me as a reply to the players as part of my conversation with the players on this forum that birthed from the discussion I have with my contact during our "session".
