Which wallet are you using? Sounds like a secure one. Kinda surprising considering how many malware and fake apps target popular wallets nowadays. AFAIK, most hacking happens because users fall for phishing to begin with. While I'm not sure how people who value privacy use their phone, I can see some of them lacking in awareness and download new apps or updates that was hijacked by scammers because the devs failed to protect themselves like what happened on the GitHub malware case. So while your wallet app might be safe, malware might lurk around and record your phone activity.
Yes, phishing site and fake links. That is where most persons fall victims of getting hacked. Most times they dont really know what happened and how their funds got stolen. Always check any link before accessing it. Well there are a lot of security apps/wallet these day we should from the multiple one we have acces to and use. Lastly the best security has to come from us as well.

Technically, yes. The Google keyboard was said to be used to monitor what user are typing or copy which is why external open-source keyboard are advised for Android phone users.

I mean on a pure Android without any installed apps excepting crypto wallets + google play
However, for total privacy you'll need to have some privacy setup on the phone since you're going to have Gmail account on the phone.
Am more afraid of external keyboard which you dont know the source/developers behind it. Most of them can be very suspicious.
