I asked them proof of that, but hey are just copying pasting the same that you can see on images , if the yshow me some proof i can accept it, but for me is clearly a hard scam for me.... if my ip coincides just 5min with that accs because i used public wifi.........
They may never show you the proof or how they linked your accounts publically or directly toy you. The reason is so that the other multi-accounts there may not get to know how the accounts are linked, and they try to use new tricks to beat the detection

The best way about this is to try and use an independent mediator, as already advised.

Well, I don't know much about fortunejack but if they restrict you because you used a public WiFi then you must check their compliance to know if their ToS prohibited the use of public WiFi as I don't see that to be a major issue and caused to restrict you from having access to your funds. And if their ToS frown it then is utmostly important to adhere to their rules and it is also very necessary not to use them because even if you are connected for just 5 minutes their system would detect it automatically and send responses to them for public WiFi detection.
Use of public Wi-Fi is not prohibited as such, but chances are high if someone signs up using the same network and IP address, both your accounts are likely going to get automatically flagged for being multi-accounts even when you are innocent. This is why it is discouraged.
