We all know that many casinos are now regulated, which means they can enforce KYC at any time. But if there’s a casino claiming to offer anonymous gambling, without a license and does not have a bad reputation.. would you be willing to risk your money there? Or would you rather stick to regulated and reputable casinos?
I would rather stick to regulated and reputable casinos to avoid stories that touch on the long run. If a casino is offering anonymity and they decided to change due to the fact that it is been regulated. Well for me I see nothing wrong with a casino enforcing kyc, it is good for a casino to know its customers incase if there is any fraudulent activities it can easily be detected and more also the reason why many casino users won't like kyc is because it will make them not to exploit the casino like having multiple accounts, won't be possible as a result of kyc. So aside this I don't see any more reason why a casino user will want to remain anonymous or dislike a casino for enforcing kyc.
Yeah, it's more on the reputation of the casinos, rather that no-KYC as we all know that it's not that possible because in order for this casinos to get their license, they will have to abide about the mandatory rule of asking their customers KYC and there are several levels right now if I'm not mistaken. There was one casinos that I used to play, reputable casinos here, but suddenly asking for a Level 2.
So in any case, everyone should understand that, KYC is going to be mandated at certain point even though the casinos claim that they are non-KYC. Specially if they are suspecting that you are 'cheating', or have 'multiple acccounts' when you win big. So everyone should be ready and not be surprised by this KYC procedures.
And we do really know that people or gamblers are already that confident on dealing up with things on which it does have that licenses and just to observe that whenever there's a new platform that been that launching then the main question on which been asked whether they are licensed or not, if not then people will be starting up to have some doubts on trusting it on which even if they would really be that fully anonymous feature but still they cant be confidently be that dealing up with those current gamblers on which they do prioritize security and assurance that the funds that they are depositing wont really be ran away on which twe cant be able to blame them up because we do have certain scenarios that gambling platforms ran away and scam out their gamblers funds and this is why people would really be that so very careful when it comes into this aspect. There are really just that those times or moments that you might be that getting convinced on playing on a non-licensed site or platform at the moment or time that we've been seeing positive feedbacks from the community but if not, then we would really be always have doubts whether we should be playing or not. Whenever you are planning on playing on a gambling site or casino specially new ones then it will be neither you do take up some risks on depositing or would be that waiting up for other gamblers to experience first before you would be making up such plans on trying out to play on the site. If you are still doubtful then you can always choose up on sticking to play on the previous site on which you've been trusted up for so long. It will really be that situational into this aspect actually.
