Buying at any rate is not bad expecially for investors who have in mind to hodl bitcoin from now till the next 5-10 years. For one who wants to invest for a short time I think it wot be bad if one first consider the rate of bitcoin. Those who are in for longterm investment, for sure they can always buy a new rate.
Anyone who is not ready to go into long-term, I don't think this is the best time to rush into the market because it is hard at this point to predict where the market is heading to.

The price of Bitcoin shouldn't stop a smart investor because they have the opportunity to calculate when they are to buy and when they are to sell to take profit but for someone who wants to go into long term investment there's no need waiting for the price of Bitcoin to dip before buying when you already know that you may never meet the price the same place you saw it yesterday and buying and holding for a long team will see you making profit when the price increases again. For short term holders, they may find it difficult to buy when the price of Bitcoin is high but if they wait more longer they may be lucky to see Bitcoin price going down or they may have to wait until the bear market foechrrk to be able to buy.
