The "specific" is, Armory and Electrum
isn't compatible with each other since there only a few wallets that support other wallet's wallet backup file format.

You'll have to export your private keys from Armory, then import those to Electrum.
The only issue here is if you've used P2PK-P2SH address (starts with '3') which Electrum doesn't support.
