It depends on the house edge you are pertaining. There’s a theoretical and actual house edge which A & B are both correct depending on the house edge you are talking about.

Theoretical house edge is deducted every bet while actual house consider the total wager and profit/loss to determine the house edge.

If there is the possibility to have a profit after a certain amount of bets and total amount wagered, that excludes A) and B), because when the casino reduces the house edge from every bet or from the total amount wagered, it is technically not possible to have a profit, right?

So that confirms that a profit or loss after a certain amount of bets and total amount wagered is collected via the number of bets are player won or lost, right?
