They seized my 61800 USDT. What I made was just to open an account on them, deposit my money and place some bets. Then they suspended my account without any reason. Dont trust this fraudulent website and be aware that if you win it's impossible to withdraw your funds! I'll also get a lawyer in Australia to open a court for them.

You claimed your money wasn't released but you are showing us the evidence of winning, who does that? You can do better to show the withdrawal request, the rejection and the communication that transpired afterwards between you and the Stake to start with.
Again, it would be bad of you if they pointed it to you that you violated the Ts&Cs of not allowing an Australian. I deduced that from your lawsuit threat from Australia. However, if you are mistaking an investment company hellostake.com which has its headquarters in Australia for Stake.com, then there is a problem.
Looking at the pictures it's fair to assume this person is from Turkey, since the language of the site is Turkish. So yeah, he is just threatening them about suing in Turkey. Only problem is, no stake rep here so nobody that would care about it.
He should go to some mediation site or at least post in stake's forum about it. Hard to find help on bitcointalk.
