As much as I don't like to take a side in this kind of allegation until viable proofs are provided, I say your image evidence doesn't reflect your claim. You claimed your money wasn't released but you are showing us the evidence of winning, who does that? You can do better to show the withdrawal request, the rejection and the communication that transpired afterwards between you and the Stake to start with.

Again, it would be bad of you if they pointed it to you that you violated the Ts&Cs of not allowing an Australian. I deduced that from your lawsuit threat from Australia. However, if you are mistaking an investment company hellostake.com which has its headquarters in Australia for Stake.com, then there is a problem.

Looking at the pictures it's fair to assume this person is from Turkey, since the language of the site is Turkish. So yeah, he is just threatening them about suing in Turkey. Only problem is, no stake rep here so nobody that would care about it.
He should go to some mediation site or at least post in stake's forum about it. Hard to find help on bitcointalk.

I also noticed the letter words from the picture he uploaded and I asked him his origin as well for clarity because I checked the stake website to confirm first and my thoughts were correct. Although Stake as a casino does not have restrictions on Turkey but some game providers do have restrictions and Turkey happens to be on the ban list of some of the game providers I believe he did not play any of the games with ban /restrictions on Turkey otherwise he would have been greeted with it upon complaining to the casino. Maybe we should wait when stunna comes online, he would attend to his case or he proceeds with his complaints through other channels that are well recognised in the crypto gambling industry.
