I don't see much of a future for Man City as they are unable to maintain their consistency. Winning the title is more of a formality for Liverpool now unless something incredible happens it will definitely be in their favour. It is uncertain how much of an advantage it will be for Arsenal who are thirteen points behind but I will praise their consistent play but being so far behind the chance of strengthening their position by winning the next match is very small. In this regard Nottingham and Man City are trying to maintain their position and secure their place in the Champions League next season.
Liverpool has secured it's position of winning the title this season as they now have a lead of 13 points over Arsenal. Arsenal was going good this season until they face an unexpected loss against West Ham United which ended their chances of winning current season. Nottingham Forest and Manchester City are at number 3rd and 4th respectively but there are still 11 more games to played by each club and teams like Chelsea and Newcastle United are not far away in term of points. For champions league qualification the contest is still open for teams.
