Those 13 points are not final because Arsenal still have 1 game to play (28th match) if Arsenal win that match then they will be only 10 points behind, but yeah statistically Liverpool are hard to catch up they continue to consistently collect 1-3 points and from 28 matches Liverpool only lost one match while Arsenal as the closest competitor was defeated 3 times. According to the schedule Liverpool have 10 games remaining this means Liverpool only need 21 points or 7 wins to secure the title and I'm sure Liverpool will be celebrating before the season ends. As a gambler I wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool played badly in 3 games because it is still in the safe zone.

If only Manchester City were in second place, then there is still hope that they could catch up with Liverpool because Manchester City is a team that has a champion mentality and their presence could put pressure on Liverpool (when Liverpool gets pressure it might affect their performance for the worse).

But because Arsenal is the one who is actually in second place, I doubt if they still stand a chance because it's not just that their gap is too wide, but Arsenal no longer have a champion mentality as it has been too long since they won the trophy. Without any pressure on Liverpool, it will not change the situation because Liverpool will continue to play consistently until the end of the season.
