The coach’s strategy was not much better and was easily broken by the opposing coach so what AC Milan experienced was a defeat that was difficult for the fans to accept. Losing three previous games in a row was a fairly disappointing result because they should have faced a team that was evenly matched and they should have been much more favored. That is not to say in the Champions League where AC Milan’s performance was very disappointing and this has made it a much more difficult season for them to face the competition.

But the issue is that the red card did change a lot in that game in favor of Lazio. AC Milan still managed to have over 60% ball possession and the chances were there to decide the game to their own advantage. But it is one of those days when things all go against one team. It was the red card, then they missed some great chances and it was closer and closer, and then they got the penalty against them in the 98th minute of the game. I think in regards to negative outcomes, there isn't much more a losing team can ask for! Cheesy
