Their casino has a recurring case of empty hot wallets that could remain empty for days or up to weeks which prevents a lot of their gambler from being able to withdraw, I am not sure if you'd consider that a "serious issue" but for me it is. that being said, I do hope lightlord have fixed that issue.

You are absolutely right, the issue of a hot wallet going or running empty for days and weeks leading to gamblers not being able to withdraw their money when they really need to is a very serious issue, one that can't and should not be taken lightly if I'm asked.
This is something alot of users of this casino had been complaining of from a very long time, and I also know that for several times, their signature ad campaign on this forum had been halted abruptly/expectedly simply because the manager can not reach Lightlord when the wallet holding the funds for the campaign was going empty.

It's been a while since I last commented on this thread though, but seeing it's become active again which is as a result of Lightlord's come back, let hope that all of the issue of the past has been permanently fixed.

I believed that issue has been fixed and the last time when I saw Lightlord's comment in this thread, he said they have fixed many things in the casino. Mostly the delay withdrawal has been fixed and things are now moving smoothly.
The emptying of the casino hot wallet was then and I not know. Though Lightlord is the best person to tell that if that has been also fixed or only the withdrawal process was fixed.
