The conclusion was that the user had published an email that wasn't the latest associated wiyh the account. Just blah blah
Let me that I can try do it also for you either if you publish the email (I wouldn't) ot if you send it to ms by PN and remember - if that is so, I will try and inform you the result but will delete and forget that email.
